attentive staff diverse options

sasha and claire in the lounge area were very attentive. the breakfast buffet included diverse options. it accommodated many dietary needs.

service at the bar was a little slow. nonetheless the staff remained very nice.

mixed feelings about this place

slow check-in limited options

the check-in process crawled at a snail's pace I waited almost half an hour just to get my room key it seems excessive. also the brasserie's closing time of 10:30 pm felt unnecessarily early limiting my dining options after a late arrival I found that quite inconvenient. i think the hotel can adjust it

small room size noise insulation

the location was quite useful for accessing nearby attractions.

The room size was smaller than anticipated. additionally, the noise insulation seemed insufficient. I could hear quite a bit of street noise. the bathroom did not appear to meet expected standards.
